CRM Solution Architect (SAP)
Responsibilities
Architect, design, configure, integrate, and manage SAP CX
Lead CRM project teams for timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant deliveries
Drive system integration, data migration, and cleansing initiatives
Coordinate assessment, scope, and completion of new development projects
Collaborate with users to identify needs and develop strategy-aligned solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
5+ years of CRM automation platform management (SAP, C4C/Sales Cloud)
3+ years of SAP C4C architecture, design, configuration, and integration experience
Hands-on end-to-end SAP Cloud for Customer implementation experience
