Responsibilities :
As a Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include :
1. Overseeing all financial operations within the company, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and risk management.
2. Preparing comprehensive financial reports, presenting them to senior management, and making informed recommendations based on these reports.
3. Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics and Advanced Excel to manage financial data, perform analysis, and generate reports.
4. Managing the consolidation and reporting process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date.
5. Working closely with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
6. Ensuring the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
7. Assisting in the decision-making process by providing insightful financial information and forecasts.
8. Developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position should possess the following qualifications :
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial management role within the construction industry.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Advanced Excel.
4. Proven experience in consolidations and reporting.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards within the construction industry.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
