Job Description

One of Houston’s well-established retail stores is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage all marketing activities to promote its products.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication abilities and in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.

Working collaboratively, the new leader will drive growth by implementing impactful campaigns while upholding the organization’s core values and culture.

Salary + Additional Benefits :

• $65,000-$75,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Type of Position : Direct Hire

Responsibilities :

• Manage all social media platforms
• Manage all email marketing
• Mange all editorials / print ads / digital ads / media sponsors
• Organize collaborations with local influencers
• Manage marketing budget
• Organize all events and store demos
• Organize 6 in-house photoshoots a year
• Manage holiday shopping card / shop with heart card – charity shopping events
• Manage all store and brand promos
• Oversee / manage brand images (bags, lookbooks, etc.
• Manage site branding and work closely with website team / SEO firm
• Write all documents associated with the company (bridal registry packets, etc.)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar study, MBA preferred
• 2-5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the retail industry
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Strong design and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns
