In this role, you will ensure that GFiber is making sound operational decisions to support growth at scale. Your work, whether it’s modeling business scenarios or tracking adherence to process, is used by our leaders to make strategic market decisions as well as measure performance of existing initiatives and contract relationships. You will translate your insights into simple and intuitive communications directly to leadership and cross functional teams.
As a Business Operations Associate for GFiber, you will be the subject matter expert across the business, developing operational models to predict install and repair volumes based on business growth, assessing the operational impacts of changes to model inputs, mitigating operational risk through process monitoring and strategy changes, and facilitating operational reviews to report progress and outcomes to leadership. Additionally, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate progress, provide analytical support, and bridge communications between teams and business partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $106 K – $155 K + bonus + equity + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
