A Brief Overview:
The Sr. Financial Analyst (Field Finance) conducts in-depth financial and operational analyses to support business performance improvement. Supports Field and home office leaders in determining the financial impact of various business initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert on field KPI’s and other operational performance information. Works independently to perform work assignments. The Sr. Financial Analyst applies wellestablished accounting and financial principles, theories, concepts, and practices to moderately difficult problems. Develops extensive short and long-term budgets and forecasts as well as various, complex forms of financial analysis for potential financial transactions such as acquisitions, real estate, refinancing, and account fluctuations. Completes and distributes non-standard reports and statements of a complex nature. Mentors and guides Level I and II Financial Analysts. This is the final level of a multi-level career development class series. Individuals at this level are considered fully competent to independently perform work assignments.
