Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Retail Wireless digital teams by creating and improving our website, app, promotion, and customer analytics.
These meaningful insights will be used to improve conversions, customer engagement and customer retention. Note : This position is not authorized for sponsorship now or in the future Manage the implementation and configuration of digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant toolsAssist Product & Marketing teams define business-critical KPIsCreate analytic requirements for our IT development teamsDevelop Adobe & Google Analytics reporting to monitor KPIs, support new feature launches, optimize customer journey & inform stakeholders of key insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technology to optimize the digital user experience and drive revenue growthLead collaboration sessions among IT Engineering teams & product groups to facilitate optimal tagging, reporting & analytics capabilitiesEnsure data accuracy with on-going QA, audits & data integrations across internal teamsAuditing existing analytics implementations and document opportunities for improvementAnswer ad hoc questions from senior stakeholdersSkills, Experience and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing or a related field3+ years experience in digital analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing Expertise in using digital analytics tools such as Adobe / Google AnalyticsProven written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across distributed teams and at various levels of an organization.
Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to quickly diagnose complex production issuesStrong knowledge of eCommerce and mobile development practices and toolsExcellent project management and time management skills;
