Job OverviewThis individual will be the Finance representative of Eugia US LLC and Eugia US Manufacturing LLC. Responsibilities include executing / reviewing finances, reporting activities, budgeting, forecasts and other special projects.
This position will be a vital partner to the President of Eugia, as well as Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory.
They will also develop relationships and work in conjunction with our Global Shared Services Finance Team in India.This position is located onsite at the East Windsor, New Jersey location.
ResponsibilitiesManagement AccountingPrepares and reports monthly MIS reports for internal management.Prepares quarterly and annual financial statements.
Quarterly and Annual auditsAssisting the operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performancePerform all other duties as assigned and required.
Financial AccountingRevenue Recognition : Good Experience in Gross to Net Calculation and ensure the accurate revenue recognitionCOGS : Prepare COGSImplement standard costing in manufacturing plantGeneral Ledger Accounting : ReconciliationsBudget vs ActualsGL Reviewmonth end closingRecord, maintain, post and reversal of the monthly journal entries.
Maintain detailed listings of the contents of all balance sheet accounts.Assist auditors with journal entry examinations.
Assist in the production of financial statements.Provide supporting documentation for audits.Accounts Receivables : Review chargebacks & rebates along with shared service team.
Prompt Payment Discount reconciliationSales returns coordinationMedicaidContinuous monitoring of customer agreementsAccounts PayablesDaily coordination with Global Shared Service based out of India.
Support shared service team in obtaining proper approvals, providing supporting documents, guiding relevant GL codes & Dept codes.
Scanning the supporting documents and forwarding them to shared service team.Cut checks, get it approved and mail checks to vendors.
Ensure timely payment to vendors per the contractEnsure validation of invoices per contract termsReview open PO periodically and take timely actionReconcile AP Aging with GLSupport Shared service team in expenses re-imbursements, on time payment to employees.
Coordinate with sales team, R&D and other teams in getting approvals and clarifications.Qualifications – Skills & RequirementsAdvanced Excel skills (must), ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.Self- motivatedDesire to learnOrganizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
Analytical ability, a methodical approach and problem solving skillsExperience with Oracle (preferred)Ability to work collabortively across various departmentsEducation & ExperienceBA with 5 plus years accounting experiencePrior experience in a Finance department within the Pharmaceutical Industry preferredPhysical Requirements OFFICE POSITION – While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to :
