Responsibilities
Input new and specific data into our database systems, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Create and manage spreadsheets, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Conduct comparative analysis of different data sources to maintain data integrity.
Regularly update existing database records to reflect the most current information.
Produce detailed reports based on the entered data as needed.
Retrieve data promptly upon request to support various company functions.
Perform regular backups and security activities to safeguard our database integrity.
Document, organize, and store relevant documents efficiently.
Requirements
Previous working experience as a data entry clerk for a minimum of 4 years, demonstrating a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Exceptional typing skills, ensuring timely and precise data entry.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases, including 2 years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
Great attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance, understanding the impact on the company’s success.
Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities, ensuring data discrepancies are resolved effectively.
Team player with excellent communication skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Strong time-management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
