We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Norway, Iowa, located just 12 minutes south of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

SUMMARY
Responsible for managing all product labels for Frontier packaged, Frontier bulk and Simply Organic. Provide general marketing support to include planning trade shows, managing requests for donations, processing purchase orders, fulfilling influencer orders and a wide assortment of other projects and analytical requests to support the food and flavorings brands.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field plus 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional documents. Ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
Ability to write email with clear and succinct communication. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on business-related topics to groups such as the broader marketing team, senior management or the general public.
QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Ability to comprehend basic financial principles. Ability to interpret data and to use a computer to create customized spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
