Marketing Manager $75,000 – $100,000K + bonus- Based on Experience Location : Kenosha, Wisconsin 4+ years of experience We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and direct our small marketing team.
Our client is a growing global manufacturer of environmental equipment and processes for water and wastewater industries : environmental and OEM manufacturing experience is a plus The role : The ideal candidate should have a solid background in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
A proven track record of content development and management is necessary including creating blog posts, email campaigns, website development, social media strategies, and digital marketing.
Must show a willingness to evaluate emerging marketing and tech tool trends and inbound content software. Duties & Key Responsibilities : Support the Marketing and Sales Directors to develop strategies and implement campaigns for sales generation Develop an understanding of our target audiences and how they consume content Build compelling, integrated marketing programs using a mix of platforms to grow sales and brand awareness Experience managing SEO / SEM, website optimization, email, and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create technical blog posts, white papers, email campaigns, landing pages and sales presentations Track and report the outcomes of marketing programs to the Marketing and Sales Directors COO Manage market research initiatives, including competitive intelligence Manage supplier relationships.
Build processes for repeatable and scalable branding activities. Daily management of the marketing department Experience & Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in the marketing management Strong writing and research skills and experience with the brand Strong experience with inbound marketing tools such as HubSpot and Hotjar Working knowledge with MS Office, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Video Editing, Wistia, SEO, Data Analytics Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution Exceptional project management and work experience in various marketing funnels Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Self-starter attitude the ability to inspire and lead the marketing team Growth mindset – open to change and fosters a can-do attitude A team collaborator who rolls their sleeves to get the work done – a strategic problem-solver who sees beyond the day-to-day grind to reach marketing and sales goals A creative thinker – focused on big-picture results Collaborate with all levels of company leadership Ability to evaluate campaign efficiencies and inefficiencies to refine marketing SOPs Powered by JazzHR
