The role
SoFi at Work, established in 2014, began with a mission to help employees refinance their student debt. Today, we’ve partnered with over 1,000 organizations, broadening our offerings to assist individuals at every stage of their financial journey—through financial education, financial solutions, and contribution benefits.
As a Partnership Success Director, you will manage our largest and most complex enterprise accounts, ensuring success and satisfaction with our products and services. Your role will be cross-functional, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Support, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless partner experience. You will also play a vital role in offering SoFi at Work’s unique benefits to your partners’ employees, working closely with partners to understand their needs and tailor our offerings.
Your efforts will help empower employees with the tools and resources needed to reach their financial goals, strengthening our impact and deepening our relationships with partners.
This position reports directly to the Head of Partnership Success.

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
