Job Summary
The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for the oversight of AUSA’s employee engagement survey, administered 3-4 times per year.
The manager ensures that the tool, leadership, and employee based are ready for each survey. Transparently sharing result, recognizing highlights, and supporting the organization’s plans to continue to drive towards engagement goals to drive a better employee experience.
As a member of the Talent people leader team, ensure all internal key partners are versed and able to support surveys.

Key partner to the VP Engagement, who will oversee the balance of survey intel and two-way communication, with the build of a value proposition underpinning;
this role will be the POC for the survey elements in the larger experience roadmap build
Aid in the long-range plan build, with change management in mind, on how the results of the survey should guide and impact other areas of AUSA, specifically HR – supporting the team in evolving a thought employee experience roadmap

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$96,020.
00-$153,632.00 / year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
