The Director, FP&A will be responsible for overseeing and managing all budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling activities within the organization. This leader will not only have a strong corporate finance background, but also will have experience implementing processes and tools and building teams to prepare an FP&A organization for growth. The Director, FP&A will be comfortable in a highly visible role that requires clear and effective communication skills and comfort influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Base Compensation Range: $200,000 tp 250,000. In accordance with the Colorado, California and New York law, the range provided is Lightmatter’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Actual pay will be based on several factors including work experience, location and education
