Your Impact: Lead the Way in Financial Planning and Analysis
As the leader of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our continued growth and development. Your expertise in driving business insights, along with your passion for continuous improvement, will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategies and infrastructure. We’re looking for someone with a data-driven mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for building and scaling FP&A processes.
What You’ll Do
Location: Scottsdale, Seattle, San Francisco, or Remote within the United States
Oversee financial and operational activities, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and compensation & headcount allocation.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of leaders and individual contributors, providing guidance, support, and fostering team engagement.
Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors as a strategic business partner, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive critical decisions and accelerate outcomes.
Drive efficiency and automation in financial planning and analysis, ensuring transparent and high-quality information to support business decisions.
Take ownership of the company’s full 3-year financial model and capital allocation process.
Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with Investor Relations to ensure a deep understanding of our businesses and forecasts.
Act as a finance thought leader, contributing insights to various aspects of the business, including pricing and go-to-market strategies.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
Master’s Degree and/or CPA a plus.
10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 5+ years leading high-performing teams (experience in organizations with SaaS and hardware offerings preferred).
A strategic mindset with a commitment to growth and collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
Flexibility and adaptability to evaluate the need for change and its impact on the business.
