The Marketing Specialist reports directly to the STC BU Marketing Manager. The Marketing Specialist helps with various marketing tasks, from the logistics of marketing campaigns to events, product launches and the handling of strategic partnerships for various product areas.
The Marketing Specialist takes initiatives and comes up with proposals for the responsible product lines (Hunter, Introtek, and FA) to create more leads and thereby more business.
The Marketing Specialist has the main responsibility for all SoMe across all brands within STC. This also includes the importance of measuring the effect of the various posts on all our platforms.
As responsible for SoMe, a yearly SoMe plan must be developed to ensure uniformity and being on brand, while all brands and products gain attention.
Lead Generating :
Responsible for generating quality leads so that our salespeople get maximum support to generate new business. Lead-generating activities must be created in the form of webinars, gated content and other similar activities which must be followed via our marketing automation tool Pardot.

As most of your colleagues in the Global Marketing team are based in Europe or Asia, flexibility in regard to meetings in other time zones than yours is required.
