Position Description

This position is classified as salaried.

Landmark Construction, a leading construction company based in North Charleston, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing and Administration Manager to support corporate functions and business lines in achieving our strategic objectives and winning new work.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with individual business line and proposal teams to develop strategic messaging for client submissions, ensuring that Landmark Construction stands out as the preferred choice.
Assist in the creation of compelling value propositions that effectively communicate our company’s strengths and capabilities.
Develop and implement targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns in coordination with external agencies. This includes overseeing the execution of print and digital advertisements, web content, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
Support the Marketing and Administration Manager in maintaining and updating company website content, ensuring it reflects current projects and achievements.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Conduct research and gather data to support marketing and business development initiatives.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, such as trade shows, conferences, and community outreach programs.
Ensure adherence to good business administration and marketing practices within the company.
Travel outside the office 1-2 days a week as needed.

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in marketing, business development, or administration roles is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
Knowledge of print and digital advertising platforms, social media channels, and content management systems.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to travel outside the office 1-2 days a week.
