Sales and Subprime Finance Manager
1800MyAutos is seeking a full time Sales and Finance Manager. We are looking for COMPETITIVE and RESULTS DRIVEN individuals. The ideal candidate for the Sales and Finance Manager position will have an outgoing personality and positive attitude along with an expertise of building strong relationships with co workers
Looking for experienced sales and finance managers that are ready to quit the bell to bell hours, and take advantage of banker hours!

Sales and Finance managers’ commissions as high as 40% front and back w/ weekly draws
We have 150 2017-2021 vehicles in stock at all times.
Our auto finance specialists all earn over $100k and some over $200k

Try to hold HIGH GROSS car deals, GET APPROVAL and FUND FAST!!!
Work efficiently and have the ability to work unsupervised in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Be able to market yourself and take advantage of our marketing campaigns.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours,** is required for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40-hours per week.
General Manager on top of Sales and Finance Manager is a plus
Outstanding communication skills to earn up to $300k

Superior customer and organizational skills to earn up to $300k
Extensive experience with special finance
Responsibilities:
Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options.
Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs.
Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship.
Achieve monthly forecasts for Sales and Finance, penetration levels, and customer service.
Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all our lenders and credit union contacts.
Learn all the Prime and Subprime programs.
Routeone, Dealercenter and Dealertrack
Submit all necessary paperwork in order to secure financing for our customers in a timely manner.
Follow all processes as they relate to handling, securing and safeguarding all documents.
