Hotel Chief Financial Officer Summary
As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO is responsible for the financial planning and accounting, providing strategic leadership in the development, and evaluation, of short and long-term strategic objectives and bank draws. The role provides strategic leadership, operational support, and direction to the organization. The ideal candidate will be a talented, visionary, entrepreneurial-spirited accounting leader who is hands-on with solid accounting and financial skills in hospitality or real estate investment. Must be able to implement and maintain financial and accounting systems, processes, and controls and be a strong mentor and role model for department heads and the entire organization. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all accounting-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, and partnership compliance.
