Summary
The Senior Director, Project Management is responsible for all customer project activities and driving customer satisfaction, including leadership and development of the Project Managers at the AGC Colorado sites. This position is located in Boulder and Longmont, CO. This is NOT a remote working position.
The position is expected to drive business growth in the AGC Colorado (Boulder and Longmont) sites through a highly customer centric approach to project execution. This position will report directly to the Colorado General Manager. This role is fully responsible for developing and leading the local project teams to meet timelines and deliverables to assist the sites in generating revenue and achieve individual and site goals. We are looking for a proven Project Management leader in Biopharmaceutical CDMO with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive performance and grow our partnerships with our customers. This role works in in close collaboration with site cross-functional teams.

This role provides leadership on successful execution of program and portfolio direction and how to manage timelines and project controls across internal functional and organizational lines as well as with external clients.

Compensation Range
$194,000 – $266,750 annually
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Benefits available to Team Members include subsidized insurance for the Team Member and designated dependents (medical, vision, dental, life and disability), eligibility to participate in the AGC Biologics 401(k) plan (including a generous matching contribution from the company and immediate vesting), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
Team Members are also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate to the level of the role. The payout is based on both the company’s performance and the Team Member’s performance.
