The primary responsibilities and requirements for a role in the Global Finance Policy department. The department’s responsibilities include analyzing current policies, identifying areas for improvement, drafting and publishing updated policies, and overseeing ongoing review and validation of Accounting/Finance policies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least five years of experience in accounting and/or auditing, knowledge of US GAAP, and supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include financial audit experience, familiarity with Oracle and global consolidation systems, and a CPA or MBA. Technical/skill requirements for the role include the ability to understand and research accounting matters, strong communication and documentation skills, the ability to quickly understand new processes, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
