This GCF SVP will have global responsibility for the Fund Finance and Commercial Real Estate portfolios. The teams within Global Credit Finance include Commercial Real Estate, Real Money Funds, Alternatives (Hedge Fund of Funds, and Capital Calls) across the US and EMEA. This role reports into the EVP (EC-1), head of Global Credit Finance Division.

What you will be responsible for
As the Global Head of Credit Finance for the Fund Finance and Commercial Real Estate Portfolios you will
Manage a team of approximately 32 staff with a total of ~$40 billion of commitments
Develop and drive the execution of strategic priorities, financial budgets, risk mitigation
Deliver highly valued solutions to clients, ensuring comprehensive and consistent delivery of services as their needs evolve ensuring State Street is viewed as an integral partner.
Work closely with other senior managers to execute business unit strategy, product and geographic expansion efforts, and a scalable technology and operating model solution
Dynamically foster a culture encouraging innovation and collaboration, especially between headquarters and all regional offices
Create a risk and compliance culture that ensures adherence with applicable regulatory provisions, internal and external audit reviews, and overall risk controls
Effectively develops, motivates, and retains a high caliber and diverse team globally
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments

Education & Preferred Qualifications
MBA and CFA Preferred
Minimum 15 years of Financial Services experience
Minimum 10 years of experience managing people
Minimum 2 years of experience running at least one portfolio
Salary Range:
$225,000 – $337,500 Annual
