Summary :
This position is responsible for managing the flow ofcreative projects and keeping things running smoothly to meetCHRISTUS Health’s marketing and communication needs.
This includestracking and disseminating information, creating schedules for thetimely delivery of resources and materials, and identifyingpotential issues that may disrupt work schedules.
CoordinatorsMarketing should have a working knowledge of project managementsoftware. Ultimately, an exceptional traffic coordinator should beadept at developing solutions for mitigating workflow delays.
Toaccomplish this, the Coordinator Marketing will work under thedirection of CHRISTUS Health’s Director of Brand Experience andDesign and collaborate closely with the Director of CreativeServices as well as key system Marketing / Communications leaders andother members of the Brand and Creative Servicesteam.
