This is an opportunity to join the Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) Business Execution Finance team as the Business Execution Financial Planning & Analysis Associate Director.
The successful candidate will partner with the Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality functional teams in driving favorable financial performance. The leader will be responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight of the Program Execution financial planning in support of the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan execution to include the RMD supply chain material and production labor positions. This includes leading the development of and communicating the financial forecast, variance analysis, and the qualitive analysis of risk and opportunities supporting these projections. Responsibilities also include fiscal management of the Program Execution team overhead budget, manpower planning, and other process improvement initiatives. The candidate will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis, financial guidance, and conflict resolution across a multi-function stakeholder environment. Lastly, the candidate will lead and develop a finance team of 10+ finance professionals with the need to prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
This position will report directly to the Business Execution Finance Director and requires proactive leadership and significant partnership with the Mission Area Execution Directors, Functional Directors, Program Management teams, Mission Area PAD Business Managers to ensure alignment regarding execution, strategy, operating, and financial objectives.
