JOB SUMMARY
Leveraging existing data sources and creating new analysis methods, this role is responsible for extracting meaningful information and providing the business with actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Assist to define clear business requirements for data analysis projects.
Assist with metrics definition, data visualizations, and ETL requirements.
Extract, clean and engineer data to be ready for analysis.
Interpret data, formulate hypotheses and develop an analytical approach to meet business requirements
Use of advanced visualization tools to create customer-readable reports. (ex. Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc.)
Partner to obtain and ingest new reference data sources required to deliver on business need.
Assist with communicating results and make recommendations using data visualization and presentations
Assist with creating analyses and dashboards that are usable, elegant and industry leading.
Develop effective partnerships with cross functional groups.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to analyze, interpret and present data
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Basic understanding of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles
Demonstrated understanding of coding languages, relational databases, and how to build queries using operators and conditional statements. (ex. SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Basic understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools
Effective communication skills, verbal and written, for internal and external customers
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Relevant technical or business work experience – 1+
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Experience in the telecommunications industry, or two other consumer-based industries
Experience with modeling for sales and marketing teams
Experience with conducting research particular focused on large labor operations such as field ops, technical support, and sales

The pay for this position has a salary range of $67,100.00 to $107,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
