About the Job
The primary responsibility of the Finance Coordinator is to coordinate the administrative tasks required in the finance department. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of purchase orders, gathering of quotes to determine price reasonableness, research to identify sources for needed materials and services, reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices, entry of invoices for payment, payment processing, grant expense monitoring, and preparation of bank deposits.
