Responsibilities:
Lead the C-Store, Foodservice, eCommerce and Grocery Distributor Finance and Sales Teams to deliver against AOP financials including Net Revenue and Profit Targets
Further develop the customer strategy with supporting retail calendars, compliance measures, and trade rates.
Support and provide financial leadership to 1 Director of Sales, 1 eCom Head of Sales, 3 Sr. Managers, 2 eCom Leads and 10 Customer Managers across the channels
Develop and communicate business result analyses to Director of Sales and other leadership on a periodic basis
Lead all periodic business requirements, including period reporting, forecast analysis and deck preparation
Lead revenue forecasting, planning and tracking of product promotions and customer contracts
Lead strategic plan and AOP development, including deck preparation and communication
Lead all IFR requests through the Customer Investment Council (“CIC”)
Lead the team’s the trade event management process and decision making, including event approval in SAP, period end close trade accrual review, decision making during quarterly liability review and customer reimbursement/settlement finalization.
Collaborate with Sales to develop better trade efficiencies and increase net revenue
Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested
Manage direct reports, providing training & coaching for their position responsibilities while being accountable for overall team deliverables. Provide constructive feedback, career coaching, and manage PDR progress throughout the year making sure team is clear on how they are tracking versus their deliverables.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 120,000 -$150,000 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% paid out Annually
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance preferred)
MBA preferred, CPA is a plus.
Work Experience:
10 years of progressive responsibility, ideally with supervisory experience, in some of the following areas: Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement etc.)
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
Strong influencing skills
Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Must be willing and able to travel 5-10% of the time
