Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the plan to implement compliant/simplified processes on key business priorities
Gather data and develop presentations for projects related to business priorities and business transformation
Partner with the regional finance leadership team to drive key process improvement priorities
Create change management strategy and processes
Contribute thought leadership to instill a culture of continuous improvement
Conduct in-depth analysis of moderately complex to highly complex business problems and
provide insight to decision-makers
Partner with finance and operating leaders to redesign processes where necessary
Travel may be required
May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
8+ years of finance experience in a global/complex environment
3+ years of specialized/industry experience
English proficiency required

Demonstrated business acumen with desire to learn, evolve with a growth-oriented business model, and ability to project management skills in both leading efforts and being a team member
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Presents a facilitative attitude toward completion of team goals
Performance driven with a proven ability to exceed goals in a high-pressure environment
Formal leadership program graduate
