What you’ll be doing:
Lead, coach and develop customer financial services team. Responsible for oversight of business and consumer credit process with a goal of partnering and supporting sales associates and agents to increase growth while keeping an eye on risk levels. Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of all phases of the collection process with a goal of achieving positive financial results, minimizing bad debt and write offs. Provides direction for assigned team to ensure we are providing extraordinary customer service at all customer touchpoints and throughout all channels. Develops and implements operational plans in alignment with our company mission and core values. Performs statistical analysis for areas of responsibility, to ensure value added processes are in place, that we are measuring the right things and achieving expected results

Responsibilities include hiring, training and development of employees as well as disciplinary and termination action, when necessary; addresses employee’s concerns and development and communication of expectations and goals; oversees the planning, direction and ultimate effectiveness of all direct and indirect reports on a daily basis; determines and formulates objectives and policies designed to maximize efficiency and the customer experience.
Manages credit risk ensuring we have the systems, staff and procedures in place to determine credit worthiness. Routinely analyzes our credit scoring criteria to ensure it is delivering expected results that allow us to grow.
Oversight of systems and processes for fraud prevention. Continually monitors reports, staying on top of potential risks.
