This position is responsible for managing, forecasting, and overseeing the fiscal and budgeting operations of Gateway Residential Programs. This position tracks and enters all accounts receivables, oversees accounts payables, and the tracking and entering of all contract billing. The Finance Manager coordinates accounting and financial records; Maintains, tracks, and documents all program budget information; Conducts financial audits including payroll and vendor payments; ensuring general ledgers are balanced, monitored, and current; Maintains a working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Coordinates with HR related to benefits and payroll system; Provides financial information, updates and reports to the Management Team and keeps the Executive Director informed of all operational and programmatic issues. The Finance Manager serves as part of the Management Team and supports other administrative areas such as CARF Accreditation.
