Title: Director, Finance Operations & Maintenance
The Director leads the evaluation, corrective actions and successful scalable growth of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) division from a financial efficacy perspective. This role will be establishing foundational methods for assessing profitability, growth and system based reporting that can be rolled out in a distributed format to all the regions through the Financial Business Partners (FBP). This includes leading the analysis of our forecasting to help drive preventative measures that helps mitigate risk while acting as the primary finance executive representing the O&M business. This role is a remote position and will report to the company’s CFO with a strong dotted line to the leaders of the Operations & Maintenance division.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience: MBA preferred and/or BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience.
Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (more importantly MS Excel). Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, Microsoft Suite, Hyperion, Power BI
