Office/Finance Manager- STARTING AT $20-25 an hour!
2 Days a week! 16 hours a week. Part time Job!
We are seeking a poised & polished associate with a minimum of 5 years intensive & extensive experience within a related or same industry. Candidate must possess an expansive understanding & working knowledge of QuickBooks Online as well as understanding the nuances of cash flow, ordering (procurement), along with vendor & client interface & communication. This position entails a three-day work week, with the potential to move into full-time. We are seeking a candidate who can jump in & swim immediately at a competitive salary!

Qualifications include:
Extensive background & current experience with QuickBooks Online
Maintaining all financial records for a very busy, well established Interior Design Firm
This includes all receiving of payments, paying of invoices, creating & sending invoices, procurement of all products & services
Placement of orders & continued follow-up through delivery
Scheduling of deliveries & installations
Regular follow-up with vendors & designer trade accounts
Regular communication with clients regarding order updates, deliveries, all matters of scheduling, etc.
Creating & maintaining individual client spreadsheets detailing all ordering, delivery, install, etc.
Maintaining all of the company supplies, office, toiletry, etc. & replenish when needed
Weekly financial meetings with our Team
All payroll activities & reports; federal, state, & sales tax payments
Monthly/Quarterly/Year-End reports
Very detailed, immaculate client service skills
Impeccable attention to detail during entire ordering process
Highly organized, motivated, self-starter who is able & desires to work in a small office environment
