Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the talent acquisition efforts for Mosaic, developing programs to attract, select, and assess a diverse pool of candidates aligned with the mission of Mosaic. This includes researching, developing, and implementing effective advertising, sourcing, and recruiting plans for all roles in collaboration with leaders and the Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be directly responsible for recruiting providers and leadership positions. This role supervises the Talent Acquisition Specialist, and the team will be responsible for full cycle recruitment process including job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, job offer preparation, compensation negotiation, etc.

Responsibilities
Partner with HR Director to support development of strategic objectives, KPI’s, develop programs, and lead projects that support reaching Mosaic clinical, strategic and financial targets.
Establish strong relationships with hiring leaders, collaboratively develop recruitment plans and consistently communicate to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process and candidate experience.
Organize and manage the intern, resident, and student program in coordination with the preceptor and/or sponsoring leader
Oversee and optimize the applicant tracking system in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience, system functionality and tools, and recruiting workflow efficiency.
Skills & Knowledge
Establishes strong relationships, building trust, open and confidential communication, collaboration, and insight. Effective presentation skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Candidate Sourcing using various methods, e.g., social media, advertising, job fairs, resume searches, direct mail etc. Working in a not-for-profit organization and familiarity with community health centers, medical clinics, or other healthcare settings preferred.
