The Regional Finance Manager will support his/her assigned region with the sale of all F&I Products and Services.
This is a remote position with an Eastern time zone.
What you get to accomplish:
Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Build rapport with our stores and customers to create a base of referrals
Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers. Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty. Manage and develop a Finance Administrator.
Work directly with Team Members and clients to develop effective relationships. Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy. Set and achieve targeted sales goals Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and product
Acquire Finance and Insurance products for resale to MobilityWorks customers.
Communicate with all personnel involved to assure proper implementation of product and superior customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer’s credit bureaus and credit histories to determine which bank or banks to submit the credit application and P&S agreements to. Create and maintain electronic deal jackets.
Interface and negotiate with both customers and banks for all underwriting issues related to customer transactions.
Correspond as needed with all appropriate personnel during the deal approval process, including General Managers, CMCs, Sales Representatives, Vehicle and Sales Administration and Accounting.
Provide appropriate training to Sales Team regarding Finance and protection product sales.
What you should possess:
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
At least 5-7 years of experience working with Finance preferred.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Highly detail-oriented and organized
Prior Automotive Sales or F & I experience preferred
Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong Leadership skills. Outstanding relationship management capabilities. Ability to effectively work with all levels at the dealership.
Exceptional listening skills and ability to detect problems/risks without being in a face-to-face situation.
