Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in securing their vehicle by obtaining finance and completing paperwork.
- Be the finance expert. Know the in’s & the outs of all product offerings, optional packages & latest technology to help protect their investment.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Direct to the Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
- Take credit apps, apply for credit, select appropriate banks for finance, review credit offers with customers, complete necessary paperwork to secure transaction.
- Insure proper/timely contract funding.
- Present menu for selling of all ancillary products. (extended warranties, gap, priority maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain/exceed expected penetration percentages for ancillary products.
- Register and title all units.
Qualifications
- Prior Finance Manager experience preferred
- Proven sales experience
- Available to work Saturdays.
- Computer skills with attention to detail
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent

$80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
