Responsibilities and Duties:
Management and responsibility of Weekly and Bi-weekly payroll processed on time and accurately.
Management of the payroll team
Reviews all timecards for accuracy and makes corrections as necessary
Onboards employees through our payroll system Paycom
Upkeeps and manages employee files
Administers employee garnishments including setup, reporting, and reconciliation
Provides support to team members and management with time and attendance system
Processes manual checks and assist with supplemental payrolls as needed
Processes accurately and timely year-end reporting when necessary
Assists with ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Verifies the calculations of wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
Provides exceptional customer service to Temco team members concerning requests for information, while researching and resolving discrepancies timely and accurately
Ensures payroll files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company standard operating procedures
Requirements:
UKG payroll software experience
Managed team of 4+ Payroll Processors
Worked with Employee counts greater than 2000
Multi-state payroll experience
Bilingual (Spanish) very helpful
Experience with piece rate, complicated commission schedules, or any other non-standard payroll experience is a big plus
Must be well versed in excel, pulling reports, payroll analysis, payroll reconciliation, etc
Numbers and data driven
Warm, upbeat personality and good attitude.
