The Director, Division Finance oversees all aspects of the division operating, capital, and headcount planning process and coordinates budget and financial results with Corporate Finance, Division Senior Management, and Corporate Accounting to ensure compliance with corporate financial guidelines, policies, and procedures.
This Director position is responsible for supporting the Communications & Marketing, Finance, Government Affairs, Legal, and People organizations.
What you’ll do
Oversees financial planning and budgeting for the divisions supported
Partners with division leaders to seek profit and operational improvement initiatives
Reports monthly financial performance and coordinates with division leaders and Corporate Finance on various cost control, strategic, and financial initiatives
Coordinates and prepares annual operating, capital, and headcount budgets
Assists division leaders in the analysis of operating expense and headcount requests
Leads team in accomplishment of these responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Demonstrates the highest standards of personal ethics and integrity
7 years of Finance or related leadership experience

Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills and build collaborative relationships with, and consensus among, multiple stakeholders with varying points of view
Ability to coach, mentor, and serve as a role model for all Finance team members
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic and tactical vision to all levels within the organization
Ability to explain financial and accounting concepts to non-financial audiences
Experience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis, as well as developing and reporting performance metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
