We implement 401(k)s, 403(b)s, Defined Benefit Plans, SEP & Simple IRAs, ROBS, ESOPS, Church Plans, and even plans for Cannabis companies. Our open architecture recordkeeping services provide investment advisors, managers, plan sponsors, and participants with access to traditional and non-traditional investments.
Department Responsibilities
The Marketing team serves as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business, promoting the mission of the company while creating an overarching image that represents LRS in a positive light. The marketing team works closely with our company President and the Sales team to support sales performance and business growth.
In Your Role
· Edit graphics and written content on the company website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
· Act as lead strategist on any initiative that is implemented to capture a new opportunity or to build LRS brand equity in new dynamic ways.
· Develop and manage various marketing campaigns, including email and social media campaigns.
· Coordinate efforts with marketing interns to make sure all aspects of marketing initiatives are covered, all appropriate channels are utilized, and overall strategy is documented.
· Manage marketing aspects of the hiring process, working directly with HR to attract qualified hires.
· Perform website development and maintenance tasks
· Act as key SEO strategist for the website and blog
· Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing data analysis and implement changes throughout the department and the company based on the results.
