Position Summary
Your role will be to create new and edit existing resources used by our clients who operate a digital marketing agency to assist them in utilizing all the features within our suite of digital marketing products. This will involve coordinating across multiple teams within our company including Customer Support, Product Management, and Operations. You will work within our private Facebook groups and Messenger to determine new resources which are needed as well as interact with our clients to keep your finger on the pulse of the digital marketing agency owners.
Job Description
Create resources through creative and critical thinking that help customers best utilize our software tools.
Comb multiple private groups within Facebook comprised of agency owners who subscribe to our suite of products and coaching program to gather feedback from clients with the goal being to determine new resources needed.
Collaborate with other teams (such as Support, Product Management, and Operations) to ensure exceptional service to our customers including helping resolve customer challenges.
Document pertinent information learned on a day-to-day basis in a company-wide knowledge-base, creating a streamline of information from which all may benefit.
Work with Support, Operations, and Leadership, teams to create new and continually improve existing resources such as articles, training, FAQ, etc.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Keys to Success for the Resource Creation Specialist & Community Moderator
Create resources that impact our clients’ businesses by allowing them to effectively and quickly find answers to questions they have about our software tools.
When interacting with our online communities, always leave clients knowing we care about their success. The goal of every interaction is to create raving fans! Answer customer questions, effectively educate, and create the resources for future clients who may have the same question.
Acquire an understanding of how to use our products and develop clarity regarding how our clients utilize our products and programs.
Work with others on the development of net new resources as well as the improvement of existing resources.
Analyze KPIs (Key Point Indicators) on your activity.
✅ Education & Related Requirements ✅
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
Have a minimum of one year of customer service experience
Have a minimum of one year of experience creating customer-facing resources
Experience working remotely for at least one year
Have an excellent command of the English language, including exceptional writing abilities
Have previous experience with customer interaction within online communities/groups
Be highly motivated, organized, persistent, and results-oriented… yet patient and able to handle customer frustration
Have a proven ability to create customer-facing resource materials including, but not limited to, knowledge base / help articles, scripts, emails, sales product overviews, etc.
Adaptable and willing to learn in-house developed software
Experience in digital marketing a plus
Experience with Facebook Group management preferred
Able to work both independently and as part of a group toward a common goal
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
Documented track record of continuous learning in a related field a plus
