Description:
Responsible to plan, organize, lead and control a Business Area, Truck Division, Corporate Function, Group Function or covering more than one Job Area in order to accomplish set goals.
Line managers are defined from the leadership point of view, meaning direction of work-assignments, projects, responsibilities and accountabilities.
A Line Manager should be responsible for all following examples; Performance management and goal-setting (PBP), Salary review / merit increase, vacation approval, disciplinary actions, VGAS, staffing of direct reports and responsible for Workplace Safety according to legislation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
5-10 years of plant operations management experience (automotive industry preferred)
Leadership experience is a must have
