MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
40% Lead annual budgeting process and monthly review for all departments: Lead the process of developing monthly budgets for all departments. Compare budgets to actuals and review with key personnel to identify variances and determine root causes. Forecast balance of year based upon analysis.
30% Key Performance Indicators: Work closely with other departments to determine meaningful key performance indicators and establish processes for measurement. Analyze data and track key performance indicators to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
20% Effective team leadership and development: Organize and direct the work for the team of analysts. Responsible for vetting, interviewing, onboarding, and development of FP&A team. Provide daily leadership and guidance to the team through coaching and mentoring. Provide leadership for all activities to ensure that the technology capabilities are leveraged appropriately and driving the expected improvement results.
10% Effective Communication: Communicate information in a timely, accurate and insightful manner to company leadership to facilitate business decisions that are based on meaningful data. Lead cross functional communication and reporting with clear goals to drive performance and promote a culture of fiscal accountability.
