We are seeking a DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team-full-time! This is not a remote position.
An exciting and entrepreneurial role and mindset responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information and identifying areas of opportunities to increase company revenue, brand awareness and recognition through online awareness building and engagement integrated with select offline marketing. Developing a comprehensive online marketing plan to attract, engage, convert, and delight clients and business partners to help drive new sales and client retention. You will work directly with the founder and CEO of the company and the sales team.
Responsibilities:
· Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to analyze and determine the potential for current and new products and services
· Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
· Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, primarily online with some offline
· Translate complex data into straightforward graphs and text, and present insights to sales and other departments
· SEO
· SEM/PPC
· Content Creation and Marketing
· Social media marketing: organic and paid
· Social Proof-Client Reviews, Testimonials, Case Studies
· Email Marketing
· Mobile marketing
· Brand Awareness, community building around our brand
· Reputation management
· Video marketing
· Discover New Media Trends and Opportunities
· Establish KPIs and other result metrics to measure ROI from all online and offline marketing
· Continual engagement with customers by providing meaningful content and other relationship building and enhancing initiatives
Qualifications:
· Experience: min 5 years of proven marketing expertise with emphasis online
· Experience conducting qualitative/quantitative market research, developing insights from data collected and turning insights into actionable next steps
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
· Highly proficient in online marketing and social media marketing with demonstrated record of success of achieving KPIs and overall results
· Ability to work well on teams
Compensation: DOE, competitive (starting at $65K) with company benefits
