Orthodontic Operations Manager at My LA Braces (Formerly Hyman Orthodontics)

We are a successful, high volume, patient-focused practice looking for an energetic and motivated operations manager to add to our dynamic team. Our patients love our practice, and we love providing the best care for them. We offer a full-time schedule at a single location (Montebello, CA) with a fun-loving and hard-working team. If you want long-term stability this job is for you! You will be working with a team of 15+, implementing external referring dental office strategies and patient customer service protocols, treatment coordinating, assisting the doctor with executive assistant duties and supervising quality control of systems. You will be working closely with our fantastic team in guiding and supervising projects and on-going duties.
We will train you in our systems; however please be able to show expertise in management and treatment coordinating duties. Your schedule Tues through Fri (7:30-4:30 or 8:30-5:30) and Saturdays 7:15-12:30 3 times per month and some Mondays 8-4 as needed. We are a remarkably busy office. You must be able to multi-task and work closely as part of a team. I am interviewing virtually as early as tomorrow!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Be the best part of the patients’ day.
– Oversee all operations in close correspondence with owner doctor and full team and determine areas of opportunity for improvement and growth.
– Oversee and manage our marketing efforts for dental and patient referrals among other internal and external activities.
– Treatment coordinating with high conversion rate
– Be an integral part of a happy office culture based on positivity and productivity.
– Oversee, manage and create office systems that ensure efficient and effective service and treatment for our patients.
– Close correspondence and assistance to owner doctor in managing projects and monitoring of office performance.
– Create and oversee administrative training protocols and manuals.
– HR and Payroll management (we have software for both)
– Ordering, overhead management, additional duties as needed to run the office.
Position Requirements:
– Demonstrable organization skills with strong desire for action.
– Reliable work ethic in completing projects and tasks efficiently and promptly.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use other dental and task management software efficiently.
– Strong ability to connect with patients as well as individuals on the team to enable action.
– Desire and ability to learn and improve constantly. We will train you on our systems but you must be willing and open to learn and implement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year based on Experience
Bonus pay.
