We need individuals with high energy, who know how to give VIP service. A talent with excellent rapport building skills, great communication skills, and able to influence our customer base. Your ability to lead clients step by step through the sales process, and finance is key.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
– Maximize Production, Customer Service and Profitability.
– Adhere to Nexgen Motors F&I process to achieve or exceed dealership standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction.
– Build and maintain an extraordinary customer centered finance experience.
– Responsible for all legal paperwork, ensuring proper signatures to protect both the business and customer legally.
– Maintaining professional and relationships with lenders and clients.
– Convert customers to our financing.
– Ensure collection of all finance fees
– Maintain thorough knowledge of current automotive products, features, benefits, specifications, prices, options, models and equipment to effectively communicate with customers and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.
– Recommend, select, and help guide customers to F&I products.
– Prospect by phone, mail, email and in person for new lending opportunities.
– Follow up with customers regularly to ensure all stips have been met for lenders.
– Track, monitor, and make great efforts to meet F&I goals each month.
– Complete and maintain all Nexgen Motors training requirements.
– Maintain employee, customer and vendor confidence and protect operations by utilizing discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
– Maintain the ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
– Complete all other job duties as requested by management.
– Operate with Integrity and honesty.
– Insist on the highest ethical standards from others and oneself.
– Maintain composure within the workplace as well as outside the workplace when interacting or representing Nexgen Motors
– Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism, including a neat, orderly and safe work environment.
– Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner while working closely with management.
Job Requirements:
– Work to be performed in a dealership setting due to the necessity to work in person with employees, customers and vendors.
– Regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by department supervisor/manager is required.
– Regularly required to work various hours and frequently 40+ hours per week.
– Required to give all customers a 5 star service
