The role is primarily responsible for managing MW & Security Scorecard and Senior Leadership messaging by bringing together key themes and stories across Modern Workplace & Security. To be successful, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated, with unquestionable analytical horsepower, being able to rapidly identify business drivers/levers and translate business performance at an executive altitude. Being results oriented will ensure ability to keep pace with this rapidly evolving organization, but also play a pivotal role in leading transformation across the business. Executive maturity and balanced self-awareness will be crucial in influencing business partners and assuming a leadership position spanning beyond the pure finance mandate.

Partnership
Provides monthly insights on Scorecard across MW & Security products requiring tight partnership with key stakeholders across IDEAS, Pillar Health, and Go-To-Market teams in bringing new insights and focus areas
Plays a pivotal role in bringing teams together and on point for scorecard related items for MW & Security and IDEAs
Drive rhythm of business with key stakeholders in alignment with corporate and organizational timelines
Partners with MSIO team on GM related requests
Prioritize
Owns all-up MW & Security messaging to the SLT and Scorecard by owning content, driving alignment with PMG and running monthly SLT meetings with PMG and MCAPS teams
On point for presenting the scorecard and SLT content to senior leaders
Responsible for other ad-hoc SLT items such as supporting Strategy Days
Summarize and communicate results in a timely manner, including key business insights, to CFO
Coordinates and runs a tight rhythm with key stakeholders to land SLT and Field Scorecard Targets
Protect
Owns the audit readiness processes for set of Non-Financial Disclosures (NFD)
Works with Corporate Accounting on external reporting (10-Q/10-K MD&A)
Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures.
Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Finance or Economics; MBA preferred
4+ years related work experience including leadership positions
Impact & Influence: Ability to collaborate and coordinate multiple stakeholders is critical Must be able to effectively partner with and influence key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Passion for technology and curious to further learn the how and why behind the numbers
Ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrixed environment
Excellent communication, cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to simplify complicated materials and tell an altitude-appropriate story
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Expert skills required in MS Excel, PowerPoint; MS Finance tools like MSRA preferred
