Responsibilities:
Provide financial support to general managers, owning full product line P&Ls
Own visit volumes forecast in partnership with sales, marketing and general manager of the product.
Weekly and daily performance tracking for visit volumes to influence decision making
Develop and monitor metrics & performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
Perform unit cost analysis and help influence pricing decisions
Partner with operations teams and help quantify productivity (GMI) improvements
Partner with corporate FP&A team to support monthly forecasting and variance analysis
Develop customer level gross margin and profitability analytics to influence decision making
Provide counsel and decision support to business partners on financial matters that focus on expense control and profitability of the business. Suggest solutions, resulting implications, key actions and strategic implications.
Develop scalable and efficient financial processes that support a rapidly growing business
Qualifications:
10+ years of operational FP&A experience, preferably with direct experience supporting cost center owners and owning forecasts of various types.
Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team member in a collaborative environment
High standards of accuracy and precision
Enjoy being challenged by completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal direct supervision
Strong financial acumen (understanding of financial documents, chart of accounts, business intelligence, FP&A processes, etc.)
Great forecasting methods and techniques
Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
Ability to perform complex modeling in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of presenting complex financial information in an easy to understand format
Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a highly collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business/economics
