We are currently looking for an Accounting/Office Assistant for a client company based out of Pascagoula, MS. The ideal candidate is someone who is a friendly and positive, solution-oriented person who is also bright, detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated. We require a person who can bring his/her skills to advance the growth of the company. The person chosen will report directly to the Managing Director and have a unique potential to become a key member of our growing company over the years ahead.
· Corporate Record keeping
· Use inventory metrics to help manage general materials and expenses
· Strong communication and personal skills
· Location near Pascagoula, MS is optimal
· Accurately track inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and work in progress making sure real-time inventory is available daily
