Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Marketing Specialist position, which will have a strong focus in social media, content creation and distribution, and online prospect engagement. The person fulfilling this position can be based at our Southeast Regional Office in Boca Raton, FL, or our Corporate Services Center in Fort Washington, PA.
This position offers flexible scheduling options for part-time work from home.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that distribute internal and external content, branding awareness, and promotional initiatives, all of which have goals to increase awareness, interest and lead conversions. Examples of distribution types include (but not limited to) social media platforms, e-mail marketing, SMS messaging, and resident communications through company’s digital platforms, both at a corporate branding level and at a community-specific level. This position is also responsible for assessing and engaging with prospects through live chat functionality or phone call to deliver qualified customers to sales team members. E-mail and social marketing will consist of creating thorough distribution schedules that specifically align with organizational marketing initiatives. This position will also support regular daily marketing activities.
