Essential responsibilities include:
Qualified applicants should have: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience with multi-unit Supervision and training others. Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience. Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals. Basic Computer Proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel between branches daily.CSR Compensation: CSRs earn between $11 to $13 per hour base pay plus the opportunity to earn up to an additional $1200 per month in bonus incentives. Starting base pay depends on prior experience.Manager Trainees are initially expected to master CSR job duties which include the successful management of customer relationships that lead to meeting monthly office performance goals.Manager Trainee additional responsibilities: after demonstrating competency at the duties of a CSR, will be trained to assume the effective responsibilities of a Manager. Advancement depends upon the individual’s demonstrated desire, performance, and capabilities in conjunction with the company’s available opportunities.Qualified applicants should have: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
