GCG Financial, LLC is seeking to fill a Temporary position on our Employee Benefits small group market segment team. The individual in this position will report to the Director of Select Accounts while partnering with the small group market segment team in a supporting role.

Responsibilities
  Create benefits summaries and open enrollment presentations
  Create open enrollment guides
  Review output of deliverables generated through the quoting process for accuracy and conformance to established standards and quoting process
  Additional duties as assigned to support the small group market segment team
Qualifications
  Bachelor†s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  2 years of employee benefits experience (insurance carrier, benefits administration, insurance brokerage)
  Insurance carrier and/or insurance brokerage experience preferred
  Working knowledge of:
  Health and Welfare plans
  Ancillary Coverage including Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Dental, Vision,
  Strong attention to detail focused on accuracy with work product quality as a priority
  Broad understanding of the various regulations surrounding health and welfare plans
  Effective communication skills †written and verbal
  Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as necessary with a high sense of urgency
  Sound judgment and willingness to take on responsibility for results
  Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel (creating and verifying financial spreadsheets), and Powerpoint
