Marketing Analytics Manager
The Marketing Analyst provides valuable reports and insights to various marketing stakeholders of Brand Community Social and Sponsorship team, to help maximize client’s marketing investments to achieve business goals. The analyst will work with key function stakeholders and reporting & analytics team to leverage data insights from mar-tech stack to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.
The analyst will also apply creative data visualization techniques to tell the story that data indicates, and utilize data modeling to develop forward-looking performance projections. The analyst will continuously evaluate data fidelity and availability, and work with the digital marketing or sales operations to correct any problems.
Responsibilities:
· Develop marketing performance evaluation and measurement. Provide reliable, consistent, and accurate reporting against goals and benchmarks for digital performance, marketing influence, business impact and marketing ROI.
· Perform data review and analysis to key function stakeholder. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)and functional metrics to drive program planning and strategy. Provide valuable improvement or optimization insights through independent analysis of data.
· Provide business intelligence and data visualization support for marketing dashboards and other ad-hoc requests requiring data analysis.
· Collaborate with reporting and analytics team to define data sources to build (PowerBI) dashboards maintained for marketers.
· Maintain and update tracking methodology and platform to improve data accuracy.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of working experience in marketing analytics and operations, ideally in B2B SaaS industry; Must have a proven track record of embedding data driven marketing skills and capabilities with marketing teams.
· Proficient in Adobe Analytics with at least 2-yr hands-on intensive experience.
· Knowledge of attribution model concept and tools, Sprinklr and SFDC experience is value-added.
· Analytical, organized, impact-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must also be a fast learner and self-learner, with consistent delivery and execution.
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, work both independently and on cross-functional teams, and present to teams and drive virtual projects
· Experience in digital marketing, demand generation and ABM to work effectively across marketing teams and functions.
